เกาะทะลุ เป็นเกาะขนาดเล็ก อยู่กลางอ่าวบางสะพานน้อย ลักษณะสันฐานคล้ายกับรูปปลาวาฬมหึมา หันด้านหน้าเข้าหาฝั่ง ด้านหลังเป็นผาสูง และแนวสันเขายาวจากทิศเหนือจรดใต้เกาะทะลุมีหาดทรายขาวสะอาด อยู่ด้วยกัน3อ่าว ได้แก่ อ่าวใหญ่ อ่าวมุก และอ่าวเทียนเกาะทะลุยังมีบริวารอีก2เกาะ ใกล้ๆกันได้แก่เกาะสิงห์ และเกาะสังข์ ซึ่งอุดมสมบูรณณ์ทางด้านทรัพยากรทางทะเลสูง บางคนอาจเคยได้ยินชื่อของเกาะทะลุ-เกาะสิงห์-เกาะสังข์ กันมาบ้าง แต่ก็ยังไม่ทราบว่าที่เกาะทะลุนั้นมีดีอะไร
